I once dated a girl that took me on a tour of her home town during a freezing cold November. She drove me to a huge, completely empty beach... As we stood there chattering, she kicked her boots off and walked into the freezing surf. It was made all the more surreal that she was, and still is, the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life. I was so in love that day. Not just with her, but with life, for giving me that, an inevitably fleeting moment... I never stopped loving her. Thank you.
